B. Nagesh Pai, the founding and managing partner of B N PAI & Co, laid the cornerstone of the firm in 1999 with a vision to deliver ethical, accurate, and client-focused financial services. With over three decades of professional experience, he has been a guiding force in establishing the firm’s reputation, especially in the domain of Bank Audits, Taxation, and Regulatory Compliance. His leadership and deep understanding of the financial ecosystem continue to inspire the firm’s values and direction.
A veteran in Statutory and Concurrent Bank Audits, he brings over 20 years of experience in audit execution and reporting. He has led several multi-branch audits for public and private sector banks, ensuring adherence to RBI guidelines and banking norms.

K. Sai Mahesh is the incharge Partner of JP Nagar branch office. With specialized expertise in GST, Income Tax and Auditing services, he has been instrumental in assisting clients with registration, return filing, audit responses, and litigation support. He also advises corporates on structuring transactions in a tax-efficient and compliant manner.

G. Manoj Reddy is the incharge partner of the Hyderabad branch office and deals majorly with Direct Tax and Business Consulting practice, focusing on Income Tax planning, assessments, and advisory for individuals and enterprises. He is also proficient in handling high-stake representations before tax authorities and guiding clients through strategic financial planning. He is into conventional practice providing end to end services to all structure of businesses from Individuals to Companies.
